Got the same classic quadruple room for my baggage booked online, liked that. The breakfast food was fabulous and reasonably-priced. This accommodation was in the central location next to a subway station.

The hotel was clean and had fine and charming staff at reception desk. We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room available with fuctional windows as well as hairdryer. Very central location of this small venue was a bonus.

There were huge, tidy rooms with kettle, a double bed and fuctional windows. The staff were lovely and obliging in case of questions. The airport was 12 miles away from here, great location.

Everything is clean and great. The twin room is bright and has two windows and coffee. Own bathroom is good. It has fine staff at reception desk and great and absolutely perfect location to many tourist sights.

We were in newly remodelled twin room. The service was good, including a great breakfast with mushrooms, brown toast, biscuits. The location was magnificent - very close to M&S Food supermarket, and pubs, restaurants and shops.
The location was inconvenient, it's a pitty.

Liked the triple room with 4 squeezed beds and fresh towels, for example I was given. The location was perfect and magnificent for walking around a Hyde park.

Good service throughout our stay. Very impressed with twin room with spare single bed. Great breakfast, great food, reasonably priced. Perfect and good location in London, right by other nearby tourist attractions, London during a very hot time, and Hyde Park and Regents Park.
Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Everything was good, good value. The food provided was brilliant! Had king room with comfier mattresses and wake-up service was available in it. The employees were nice and really kind all the time. The location was magnificent and perfect, close to a tube station.
